Today changed my life and many that knew Bailey Leal. Today in 4th hour my principal made an announcement on the over head for all the teachers to check there emails. My teacher was in complete shock and started freaking out. A student said “Dr.Numeroff calm down im pretty sure its not that big of a deal.” Then she said “Oh no it is a big deal.” After that she announced that a girl killed herself and she was a student of hers, she kept saying “this isnt real” “There is no way.” My heart dropped not eve knowing who it was. My teacher then called the principal and asked “is this real” “how?” “what happened” and then I heard one of my beloved friends name Bailey Leal. For a second I couldn’t believe this was happening and a part of me said that this wasnt real. I bursted out crying and I ran to the office. All of her close friends were gathered up just letting everything out. Bailey Leal was the most kind hearted girl to ever walk the earth. She stood up for anyone who was being bullied and helped many kids overcome bullying including myself. She was known to be one of the best athletes in florida breaking numerous records. She had a very bright future ahead of her. I have never felt this kind of pain before and I just feel like this is a bad dream. I love you so much Bailey Mae Leal. Rest in paradise beautiful <3
